Elko expands with the addition business unit: wholesale/supply of electric materials.

Introduction of Quality control system and obtaining of ISO 9001 Certificate.
Elko begins the construction of telecommunication base stations.
To enter the market of high voltage works, a joint venture is being established together with Electrical assembly company from Finland “Empower”.
2004.
A unique project is developed and implemented. In cooperation with Belgian lighting manufacturer Schreder, Elko developed the design and technical solution of luminaire “Vecrīga”, first 226 pieces are supplied.
2005.
Within the reconstruction works of airport, Elko supplies lighting towers and luminaires.

The company goes through restructuration, with construction business unit being sold and focusing resources on the wholesale of electrical materials, project management and electrical installation design.
A joint venture is being established together with “Pali Italia” and a factory of outer lighting is built for production of metal towers, later renamed SIA “Tecnopali North Europe”. 
330 kV cable supply to the power transmission line “TEC-1 – Imanta”.

Supply of 330kV/125MVA autotransformer to substation “Brocēni”.
Subsidiary SIA “TECNOLINES” is established, renewing the construction business unit in the form of self-sustaining company, to perform low voltage, medium voltage and high voltage assembly works.
Elko wins the Tender “Supply of Smart electricity meters and PLC data concentrators” and the first smart electricity meters in Latvia are being supplied within the project.

SIA “TECNOLINES” is renamed SIA “ECC Latvija”.
Construction of substation “Stīpnieki” and 110 kV cable line, delivering and installing of the first monotubular cable tower in Latvia.
2018.
Elko acquires ISO 14001 environment management system certificate.
Elko in cooperation with companies “Selpol S.A.” and “Leonhard Weiss OU” creates a general partnership “EE – LV Interconnection” and acquires rights to carry out the constriction of Estonian – Latvian Third Interconnection 330 kV, 330 kV power transmission line construction and reconstruction of 110kV power transmission line.
2019.
Supply of more than 330 pieces of Schreder LED luminaires within the project “Highway A10 Rīga – Ventspils part km 13.41 – 19.25 reconstruction.
Supply of two 110/21/10kV 40MVA transformer to substation “Daugavpils”.

The first phase of a turnkey project – development of residential building complex “Apiņi”, has been initiated
